• "Leasing Readjustment Conditions" (Revista dos Tribunais, Year 78, vol. 639, 1989).

• "On Incidental Declaratory Actions in Enforcement Proceedings" (work in homage to Carlos Henrique de Carvalho, RT, 1995)
