  • "On Incidental Declaratory Actions in Enforcement Proceedings" (work in homage to Carlos Henrique de Carvalho, RT, 1995)

  • "The Contribution to INCRA and the 1988 Constitution" (Dialética de Direito Tributário Journal, vol. 16, 1997, co-authored with Dr. Heron Arzua)
